Chocolate and Peanut Butter Float
Craving something creamy, cool, and just a little over-the-top? Try this delicious float! Start by dipping the rim of a tall glass into Compliments Chocolate Syrup and letting it drip down the sides. Fill the glass about one-third full with 2% milk, add two generous scoops of Compliments Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream, then top with a dollop of Compliments Whipped Cream and Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites. Pour in Compliments Original Sparkling Water and finish with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bon Bons
These bite-sized bon bons are everything you love about ice cream– in snackable form! Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pop it in the freezer. Then, using a 1-tbsp scoop, portion ice cream onto the pan in a ball shape and freeze until hardened. Meanwhile, melt 1 ⅔ cup of semi-sweet chocolate and stir in 2 tbsp Compliments Virgin Coconut Oil until smooth and glossy. Let the chocolate cool slightly. Working quickly, use a small spoon to dip each ice cream ball into the chocolate, then return to the pan. Freeze until the coating is set, about 10 to 15 minutes. Store in a covered container and enjoy within 3 days– if they last that long!
Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake
Whether it’s for birthdays, barbecues, or just because the sun’s out, there’s no better way to celebrate summer than with an ice cream cake! To make, line a 7 or 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together ¾ cup chocolate baking crumbs, 5 tsp melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan and freeze for about 15 minutes. Spread half of the softened Compliments Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream on top, nestle in 3 Compliments Chocolate Chip Dough’chi Bites, and layer on the rest of the ice cream. Freeze until firm, about 3.5 hours. Right before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup, the remaining Dough’chi Bites, 2 tbsp peanuts, 5-7 Compliments Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites and a few chocolate sandwich cookies for a seriously wow-worthy finish!
